Label printing

So I have this back label design finished
Now what I need is a place that can take the design and
make me some labels the kind with water based glue on the
back.
Anyone know of a place that can do that
I have included the finished label.

That's a gorgeous label. Good job. There are some typos and it looks like it could be spread out a bit more vertically, but the design is very nice...very rich.

What size is the label? We have label stock with removable adhesive.

Also, I'm not sure if the govt warning will be accepted, it may have to be darker. Per the COLA regulation they require contrast from the background...

§16.22 General requirements.
(a) Legibility. (1) All labels shall be so designed that the statement required by §16.21 is readily legible under ordinary conditions, and such statement shall be on a contrasting background.
