Anyone ever work with them? M&M has them on sale right now and I have some skins in the freezer that need to be used.

Thanks, Paul

Paul,
I was given a Kamil Moscato last year, I don't know if it was just an old juice, but it was the worse moscato that I've ever made, it actually had a few "masses" of some congealed looking nastiness in it, I called the LHBS that sent it to me, and he assured me that this was normal?! I fermented it, and tasted it...I dumped it.
These kits make approx. 3 gals of wine, after racking off the lees a few times, more like 2.5 gals, for $79.99 or more.
I'd personally save the money and get a 6 gallon Chilean juice bucket this spring, or a 6 gallon Californian or Italian juice buckets this fall for less than the price of a 2.9 gal juice.
