Juice Bucket

I'd like to get my first juice bucket to take the next step from kit making.
I've seen Juicegrape.com and have found a few I'd be happy with but would I need to adjust PH and acid and whatnot? All of the buckets I want are in the 3.3 - 3.5 range.
I looked at Regina buckets since they come pre balanced but there's no retailers in my area apparently.

Can someone recommend a juice bucket that either doesn't need to be balanced or already comes balanced? (I guess those are the same thing)

I've been reading about MLF fermentation and being a kit maker I've never done this...

The Mosti Mondiale come pre-balanced as well.

The Chenin blanc from wine grapes direct is fantastic.
It is as easy as a kit and no Mlf required if you don't want to.
Customer service is great as well.
