WineXpert Its slowing down!!

I didn tthink this fermentation would ever slow down on this RJS Petite Sirah after I racked it a bit early. It was fermenting at a bubble a second for 3 days afterwards. Just checked it, and it is definatley slowing down.

What was the SG at when you racked it Johnny and what was the reason for racking it early?

It was 1.025 when I racked it. The reson I went a bit early was that it was just about 5 gals and should of been 6 (my mistake). I knew I needed to add a bit of water and didnt want the gravity too low when I did so I racked it early. Might not be the best way, but hopefully it will be ok.
