I lost track of time watching my carboys age and forgot to fire up any new kits… Anyway, started a WE French Cabernet and WE Gewurztraminer over the weekend. Hopefully the French Cab will be an early drinker as my Cellar Craft reds have a bit of time left on them to age. Still need to get a few more whites ready for summer though…
