WineXpert how long to clear?

I'm with Wade on this one. It's very easy to start the siphon without the wand attached and then clamp it off and attach the wand. For the longest time I was just using the hose and the clamp to bottle and I tried the wand this last time on my Pinot Grigio. Turns out it was much, much easier to use the wand.

All you need to do is drill a 1 inch hole about 2 inches from the bottom of the bucket. I will send you a spigot, 3/8" or 1/2"?
