I have a WE petit Verdot in the secondary and it's stabilized, been in there about 10 days. Would it hurt to leave it under airlock for another 10 days before stabilizing and clearing? (I'm going out of town). Thanks!
Would not hurt a bit. Make sure the airlock is full up to the line on the body of the airlock. You will have some evaporation of the solution in the airlock depending on the RH in your wine making area.
