Hello folks - This is the first time I made wine this time of year where the temperature varies a lot due to change of seasons. I am getting ready to bottle in 1 week and I have shut my heat off in the house because we get 80's in the day, but 40's at night. Will this hurt the wine if the wine temp drops to 66 at night and stays there? Fermentation is completed.
Thanks

the best for wine is a 10 degree swing in temp. if you can maintain 66 deg that is great.

Awesome news! I will set the heat to 66 in case we get a real drop in temp at night, although it may not cool off the wine that fast anyway....I may even leave it for another week or two more....Thank you!!
