Just got my second cooler today which i will be turning into an electric HLT. I bought a 1500 watt water heater element which I will install in the back of this cooler and bought a Ranco controller to control the Temp. Ill take pics as I get started and through the process on this. My goal is to do all brewing inside my basement without any lifting at all. I have already built by brew sculpture some time ago but money has limited me for some time now and further progress. Just finished a big side job!! Yeaaaaay!! Time to play a little now. And yes, most of the money paid off bills and Christams stuff.
