Newbie here and I am starting a batch of strawberry wine. The ingredients say 5 campden tablets OR K meta solution. Now the directions say to use K meta solution(not powder form). Why does it list both in the ingredients but says solution in the directions??> Can I use campden tablets since I dont have the liquid form? Thank you, Ken

The instructions may be missing a step. Usually you add a 1/4 tsp of powdered Kmeta to like a 1/4 cup of water to make the "solution". The tablets are the same thing in tablet form. I've never used them but my understanding is that you are suppose to grind the tablets into a powder before adding to the wine. So in the end there is no difference.
