Happy Mardi Gras

Today is Mardi Gras day. The Carnival Season officially ends tonight at Midnight and Lent begins. Many think Mardi Gras is a one day thing but is actually a "season" which ran from January 6th to today this year. Mardi GrasDay is actually the last day of theCarnival season.It is a State holiday here. So, Happy Mardi Gras to all. Time to start planning for next year.

Smurfe, Same to you!!! I love the Mardi Gras. Only get to go back every few years at that time of year. But next year will be the year! This year will make a run during crawfish time. yummm
