Hi all. Has anyone seen anything like this before? It's a Merlot from grapes that were fermented in a primary to .996. Then it was pressed and then the next day racked into this demi. My Syrah in the other bottle has the normal pinkish colour I would expect. I'm wondering what I should do about it? It's only been in the demi for 11 days so far. Thanks in advance...
