I have been making kit wines for over a year now, and I want to add a grape pack to Lambrusco.....is there some topic on this forum that gives me some general info or can somebody give me a quick rundown.......Thanks, Beth
No, I bought it from George........it's a cab pack.........thanks for responding as I would like to start it today......the kit has oak chips in it......it's a Vinifera Noble
Not sure this would mesh well with a Lambrusco wine. You could add a pound of organic red flame raisins from whole foods into the mix. Red raisins mesh very well with italian varietals and will give a lower end kit a bump in mouthfeel and solids.
