Was just wondering if any of you had a Gooseberry wine recipe with recipe notesthat has been tried and tasted and would be able to send me one?
When in need of a recipe always check jack Keller's site if none other available but ease up on the sugar and add slowly as they always seem high in sg which will make for a wine that has to sit a long time to mellow. http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/request100.asp
