Does anyone know why the Rieslings and Gewustraminer kits are finished
off dry when typically these wines are a sweeter wine. i would like to
see these kits finish off like a commercial wine without having to cold
stabilize them. I was a little dissapointed when i finished my
Gewurstraminer before starting my winemaking area. i was in a rush and
never thought about the SG being so low until after I bottled it
because i had so much on my mind.
