Frozen Rhubarb

I just put up three huge gallon bags of rhubarb last night in the freezer going to try Luc method of making rhubarb wine not sure how many bags of rhubarb I will need to make a five gallon batch of wine but the season is still early here so I have all summer to put up more

I always freeze mine first. I try to keep some in the freezer at all times. It's a great fruit for mixing with other fruits as well.
