so im about done fermenting in my 500L bucket... i need to press and move the must to the demijohns now.
Should i siphon the juice under the must right into the demijohn or should i siphons the juice into 5 gallons food grade buckets then funnel or siphon it out the 5 gallon buckets to the demijohn... or right from the must to the demijohns?..
Also when im filling my 54L demijohns, how high should I fill them before i cork and airlock them?
