Thanks to the Forum, I learned a lot about the wine making process and kicked off production 4 months ago. All the wine is too young to touch, but I have a friend who provides me Venison every year. This year I gave him a few bottles of Montepulciano. He just opened a bottle tonight and loved it. I opened a split and think its too young for me, but has a really nice popcorn like start and a really nice finish. Only tweak made was the addition of 90 grams Hungarian oak medium toast cubes for ten days. Glad this is turning out well.
