First batch of wine, got a few questions.

I have found the easiest way to stay out of your newly bottled is to have something else ageing

Yup I agree 100% but I'm just starting out so its hard to keep the stock up... 4 bottles down already but we did put 3 bottles away in a closet top shelf and plan on drinking one every 4 months so the last one will be 1 year old...

Exactly how I felt.. Was pretty cool making something that tasted just like if not better than the stuff the corporations make... Oh I'm definitely hooked.. We just count the days until we can start new batches...
