Finishing blend sweetener from Ice wine kits!

Hello,

I want to get the finishing blend (syrup) that comes with the Riesling Icewine Style from RJS (or anything similar to that).

I was wondering where I can get this.

I will be adding this to my Cab Sauv, I've tried it before and it seem to work.

I contacted Rj and they dont sell the finishing blend separately...

as far as I know they are not available to be purchased separately just with the kit. Why do you want one if I might ask?

Carolyn - Unfortunately it does not.... I might send them an email to ask.

Joe - I wanted to make my cabernet sauvignon have a little bit of sweetness. The last batch, I added the syrup left over from my ice wine kit and it tasted pretty good. Maybe there is another way of sweetening the wine?

THE ICES WINE FPAC HAD LOTS OF SUGAR AS WELL AS A FLAVOR PROFILE WITHIT? WHAT DOES YOUR BASE WINE LACK? WOULD JUST BACK SWEETING HELP ALONE?

Gotta agree with Joe, maybe some basic sugar backsweetening would fix it for you.
