Last year I tried a Fig wine. On 8-20-10 it was a year old and is great. Soo--I started a 2 gal this morning. Same basic recipe.
1 gal steamed fig juice
1 gal GV white grape juice
SG 1.090, pH 3.0, TA 0.625
1 tsp acid blend
1 tsp Nutrient
1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
2 cam tabs
ABV 12.0
Will pitch yeast tomorrow. Hope this one turns out as good.
