Help with my first strawberry wine and it's been at .990 for 3 days. I need help with the process of finishing it. I've read so many different things I want to make sure I don't screw it up.
I plan to add an F-pac and use Super-Kleer. I made a 3 gallon batch so I plan to rack it, add 3/4 tsp K=meda, 1.5 tsp of sorbate then degas. How long should I wait to add the F-pac and how long after that do I use the Super-Kleer?
