Has anyone used Fermax before? It was the only kind my local supply store had and I was in dire need. I hope I didn't just kill a batch of wine.

You are proabably fine, Marc. "Fermax" is mostly diammonium phosphate with a couple other additives. I just use straight diammonium phosphate when I add an energizer.
