Hi!
I've got 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk I'd like to make a 'flan' wine out of. I can cook the stuff in the can to make it caramel-ish. Can I ferment that and make a wine?

I was reading the milk wine and Butterscotch wine threads. Seems possible. I only want 1 gallon for starters.

If anything, I would make a Lithuanian milk liqueur. http://gizmodo.com/5869688/how-to-make-milk-thatll-get-you-hammered/ Add vodka or pure grain, some citrus like lemon or lime. This is what it my batches looked like...a plain version, a version with dark chocolate melted into the milk, and a pic of the chocolate version with the 'cheese' which is a result of the straining (it was incorporated into a tiramisu filling and have even added to cheesecake filling).
The resulting liqueur was crystal clear, sweet, velvety smooth and boozy good!
I have made this many, many times now & I have no doubt sweetened condensed milk would work.
