So I made a quad berry dragon blood (pineapple, strawberry, mango and peach. There was a lot of head space so I filled it with vodka and water. 5th of vodka and water. I took a sample in a rocks glass and put it in my wine fridge. After forgetting it for a few days the alcohol flavor was gone. (Kind of made it too strong) and this wonderful fruit flavor came out of no where. I don’t want that high alcohol taste. I want that fruitful flavor back. I’m about to bottle it, because it’s clear and I also have a filtering system if I need to filter it. I just want that flavor back instead of the strong alcohol flavor.
