For example if a bottle has 50 ppm and is stored at 60f. what will it be in a year? Assuming that the cork is good.

During the first 4 months the loss is somewhere between 15 and 30 ppm, and depends largely on the amount of oxygen exposure during bottling. After the first 4 months, the loss rate is much less and depends on the type of cork.
