Does a Paklab wine kit have a best before date?

Purchased the kit 2 or 3 yrs ago and wondering if it would still be good?

I have never done a kit before. This being said, I think they have a shelf life. But there is one other way to find out. Get it ready to go, open it up and first give it the smell test. if it passes that, give it a try. All you have to loose is a little time, some chemicals and sugar. Arne.

Kit wine expired

I purchased two wine kits in 2005 shortly afterwards I moved then got busy with a new job moved again in 2010 I found the two wine kits now 5 years old. I was going to throw them away but decided instead to make them. I ordered new packages of yeast and made the kits both came out great I still have some bottles I am drinking.
