After 6+ years as the security officer of a hospital, I am almost an expert at dealing with mental patients. We had 5 come through the ER last night. That might not sound like alot, but our hospital tops out at 174 patients and the city of Batesville is a mere 10,000 people. Most nights we see maybe 1. Since this is only the first quarter moon, does that mean we will have 20 on the full moon?
