Any tips? I never CS my Summer Breeze or Skeeter Pee and similar wines.

I always CS my good wines right before I bottle them. One year to two years. I put it a freezer with a johnson control set at 28 degrees. I leave them for two to four weeks then bottle. Question... Can I CS right after fermentation?
