Even though the kit instructions clearly state to add the siligel followed by the liquigel, I added them in reverse order. I intend to wait 2 weeks and then rack for a final 3 months of bulk aging. Will the wine clarify correctly with this additional time or do I need to add another clarifier? It is a MM Amorone.

Rick,

The Mosti kits that I have made have cleared during bulk aging and I don't even add the clarifiers. If the order has only to do with the potency of the fining agents, you should be fine.

George may be able to get some official word from Mosti about this.

I believe the silligel is a bonding surface to the liquegel. But, Like Jim Cook says... These wines will clarify without either of these if you bulk age. If you plan to, I think you will be fine.
