After I finished bottling my apple wine I desided to get busy and bottle my citrus melomel. It seems to need something but it isn't harsh as some meads are when very young. Not nearly as acidic as I thought it would be when I first started it. Nice and clear and a nice color though! Some more time should do the trick I'm hoping.
