I can't think of a better way to spend your last day of vacation, other than bottling a fine batch of Chardonnay. (Shhhh... of course a little bit of football is also a good thing!)
We used the WE Dry Creek "unwooded</span>" kit to create this fantastic Chardonnay wine. I have to admit that this batch already tastes great!
This wine cleared up rather nicely! I think Steve's face got a bit distorted but we thought the picture was pretty cool.

1st Racking from Primary to Secondary Carboy... Notice the strange color... I didn't think this would ever clear but it did!
