hey guys and girls...

I am racking my first batch this afternoon and I was wondering can anyone send some quick photos on how chardonnay looks after primary fermentation?

Also to double check my formula,
Begining SG - Ending SG (131) = Alchol content.

Thanks

Sorry ftw but I havent done a chard as of yet and do not use that equasion.

The color should have a brownish to green tint to it. depending on the type oak and if any oak was used in the primary fermention. It will clear up some more and look totally different in a wine glass.

Champagnes are usually made from Chardonay and my kit looked like this.
