R richmke Member Joined Oct 2, 2013 Messages 1,807 Reaction score 567 Apr 11, 2015 #2 I started mine in December, 2014, so I am just a few months ahead of you. Starting SG was 1.080, and ended at 0.995 for an ABV of 11.37% I skipped the Bentonite and other clarifiers. I will let time do the work.
