I've got 2 batches that started @1.06 and 1.07. I obviously didn't add enough sugar. They are setting still at 1.05, is there anything I can do to get them going again.
When were these started that they didnt ferment. You could add sugar and add more yeast if the first yeast didnt ferment it. We really need to know more and why it didnt ferment to begin with. Edited by: wade
Did you use anything to kill the wild yeast? (campden tablets, sulfite, or K-meta) If you did you would need to wait 24-48 hours to add the yeast. That was my beginer mistake.
