I just started a batch of red wine from concentrated Welch juice and just planning ahead. I was thinking can I add raisin into the carboy if the grape flavor isn't strong enough? Instead of juicing it down? (after fermentation as stoped?) Just thought it might be an option?!

Raisins don't actually "taste" like grapes, so you won't get the welch's flavor coming through. Did you use 3 cans per gallon of the frozen concentrate? You can also sweeten with more at the end to bring that flavor profile back up, if you want.
Raisins tend to add more "body" than flavor.

soak the raisins for a couple of hours to remove any sulphites then add to the primary.
