I have 55 gallon drums of Apple/ Pear Puree for sale. Fruit was commercially sourced and processed in Washington. Brix are minimum 11.5 PH is 3.55 Acidity as malic is 0.442. Color is light tan with fresh full bodied flavor of apple with no off flavor. Drum ships at 465lbs. Selling drums at $175 each. Can help with shipping which will run $200 to $250 depending on location.
