Bottled my first batch

Granted its a one gallon batch of Welch's white grape but tasting the filtered left over I was really impressed.

Cant wait to finish the borolo and the white peach...although the white peach will need to be sweetened a bit...


Now I have to work on the humidity of the wine cellar.
