You can not ever have enough carboys. Take it from someone who knows.

I just ordered two more carboys today bringing my total up to 9. My wife says NO more. I think I am becoming addictive to this hobby.

RJ,

That's how I started. but now SWMBO and our doughter drink 2 bottles a day. So to keep up I had no choice but to increase my carboys. Now there is a great variety. Enough so you can't get bored with just 1 or 3 different wines.

Only 9? I have that many gallons, 2- 5's, 7-3's and about 35 - 6 gallon ones.

But, I just started 4 weeks ago. Wait until I have been at this obsession for a year.
