I would highly recommend CJJ Berry's : First Steps In Winemaking as well as reading through Jack Kellers web site in its entirety at least a couple of times.

Garey's book is good too. I gave a comment on it in another post, that Masta linked ya to.


I don't know of other books because I haven't read them. But with those two, this forum and JK's website, you've got your bases covered.
