Cellar Craft Blush

Has anyone made a blush ? I made a kit one has a medicine taste too it.Maybe needs to age longer? It has been aging about 8 months.

That seems like a decent aging time for a blush wine. Like JWM said, what kit was this and what size kit is this?

i am just about to bottle a Cellar Craft White Shiraz. I will say that it has surprisingly strong notes of pepper, and the alcohol content (I would guess) is at least 12%. Some might find that medicine-y. I don't. To me, it's not totally unexpected considering the nature of the Shiraz grape. I'd be curious also to know what kit you made.
