Hi everyone!

I plan on making a blueberry wine in the near future. I made 6 gallons of strawberry wine using 2 cans of vitners harvest fruit
bases. It is still bulk aging, however seems a bit thin and doesnt
have enough strawberry flavor in my opinion. I've been told that the
strawberry flavor will come out if i sweeten in some. Anyways, I was
wondering if anyone has made or tasted a blueberry wine made from these
fruit bases? I was thinking of using 2 cans for 5 gallons this time to
hopefully give me the extra flavor im looking for. Have any
suggestions?

Each of these Vintners flavors is very different from another. The
black currant has alot of flavor vs. the Marionberry which was very
week. I bet the blueberry would have alot more flavor than a strawberry
would. By using to of these in a 5 gallon batch might put your acidity
through the roof. Maybe a 6 gallon batch would be better in my opinion.

ahh i didnt even think about the acidity. good call. ill give it a try here fairly soon and see what happens

You might be alright as these wine bases usually call for the addition of acid.
