15 pounds of Blueberry
10 pounds of Elderberry
3 Tbs. Acid Blend
3 Tbs. Yeast Nutrient
2.5 tsp. Pectic Enzyme
5 Campden tablets (Crushed)
1 Packet of Lalvin RC 212 or Lalvin EC 1118 Yeast

My question on this recipe does it look right. It is a combination of two recipes to make a five gallon recipe. Any suggestion or changes are welcome.

Looks reasonable to me. I did the same blend last year but I went 18 lbs elderberry and 12 lbs blueberry. The Blueberry are still the prominent flavor IMHO.

I have a mixed berry going with predominant blueberry and the elderberry overtook it! The blueberry is completely lost. Sad, I should have made them separate and blended if I wanted.

I make Blueberry & Elderberry wine separately, then blend them. I like a 50/50 blend, the Elderberry tends to overpower the Blueberry, but it's a great blend, in blind taste tests [ amateurs] they think it's some "new" red grape. Maybe that's why they like my wine soooo much. Roy
