I currently have a spiced apple/pear, a banana, a mango, a pineapple, and a peach wine all at different phases of the wine making process.

If I wait for all of them to be ready for bottling and then mix a bit of each one to make a fruit cocktail wine... Would it taste good? Anything I should watch out for? Does it matter that the alcohol content on each one differs between 4%(apple/pear) and 16%(peach)?

Thanks for the input guys

You can use the "Pearson Square" tool to determine ABV after blending.

Most blends fall into one of these %
50-50
75-25
80-20
You can blend a small glass ful before actually doing it to see if you enjoy the taste. Keep records so you can recreate it again. Put the blend and % on the label too to help you recall your mix.

Best to keep blends simple if unsure. You could even do a 50-25-25 blend of 3.

Remember that blending okay wine with a great wine will give you an okay blend. Good wines blended together yield good wine, normally.

What sounds tasty to you? Start there.
