I sold two presses just like that about two years ago for $200 each. I wish you all the best. Mine were not "restored" as your are and yours appear to be in great condition. Mine were original and very, very used. Still very serviceable. Looks like you replaced the wood in the basket. Are the fasteners in the basket stainless steel? Is that red or white oak? Also, what did you use for the coating on the metal. When I was going to restore mine, I planned to have it powder coated, use white oak and stainless steel hardware. Never got around to it.

I am very familiar with Beraducci Brothers and used to buy barrels from them. The price was $1 per gallon, i.e. a 20 gallon barrel was $20.

My Bride is from "Miggiesport."

Hi Rocky, I ripped white oak planks to replace the staves and used stainless hardware. I stripped the metal bare and repainted with a food grade epoxy. It has been used to press wine probably a dozen times or so and is stained purple now.
