Just picked up a 6gal pail of muscato juice. There is yeast in it. Should I use campden tabs to knock out that yeast and use something different? I cannot find any hints. Have not taken SG reading yet.

Any pointers on this type of juice?

.....and I'd like to do a "pink" muscato or blush if possible. Can I use grape skins from concord that I have, or will that mess up the taste? Or
Just add food color?
