Before bottling question!

I made a gallon of muscadine wine that has been racked twice and is clear and fermentation is complete.I have not put any campden tablets in at all,should I add one tablet to the gallon before bottling?

Absolutely, add the camden and if you're going to sweeten then sorbate is also necessary.
