Alright, I am a wine maker and I have no idea how to make beer. On a recent trip to Kentucky I found a beer that I really loved! The beer was dark yet very smooth and light. It had a slight chocolate taste and I could taste something along the lines of coffee. Anyways, could one of you beer experts look at the link below and advise a kit that may make a similar beer for me to attempt at home?

It's made by a local brewery call "Blue Grass Brewing" in Louisville Kentucky. The beer is called "Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout". Aagin, it's dark yet light and easy to drink!

There is a very close "kit" offered, Bourbon Barrel Old Ale w/Munton’s 6 gm dry yeast, you could use the amounts listed in this kit , and substitute proper hops etc from the Jefferson Reserve. Midwest has the kits mentioned, there version may be as good also.
