Beer of the month club gift???

I have a not-quite-yet son in law that is getting his MBA in a couple of weeks, coupled with Christmas not too far behind so I need a gift. He likes his beer and although I though a brew kit might be a nice gift, daughter says no.
She suggested a beer of the month club instead.
Any recommendations?

Give a man a beer and he'll drink for a day, teach a man to brew his own beer and he will waste weeks of his life making...errr...and he will have beer for a lifetime.
I'm an avid beer brewer, just brewed two batches in two days, I'd give him the kit...but...if your daughter doesn't think so, I'd ask him in a round about way.."did you ever consider learning how to make your own beer" with a kit, he could have a craft beer in a few hrs.

I like your way of thinking. I'll get her to probe for me. She knows how much I like making wine, and she SURE likes drinking my wine even more. She could have the best of both worlds.
