Avocado Wine?

Anyone ever try making wine out of Avocados? My sister has a huge Florida Avocado tree, and she gets so many avocados, she can't give them all away. They are starting to fall off the tree so she has a ton of them


I love eating them in salads, making guacomoule (spelling), etc. But was wondering if it's possible to make wine out of them, and if so, is it any good?


Hate to see any free fruit or vegetable going to waste.
